Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data I Uply collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. I Uply is the data controller for the data described here. Contact us at support@iuply.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, password (stored hashed), billing country and currency.
- Payment data: card details are collected and stored by Stripe. We keep only Stripe's customer and payment method references and your invoice history.
- Amazon seller data: when you connect your Amazon account, we access listings, prices, competitor pricing, orders and sales figures through Amazon's Selling Partner API to run repricing and calculate billing.
- Support data: messages you send us through support.
- Usage and advertising data: only if you accept cookies, Google Ads cookies record which ad brought you to the site and whether you went on to subscribe.
2. Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To provide the service you signed up for, including repricing, reports and billing (contract).
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
- To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To measure our advertising (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. These are required for the site to work.
If you click Accept on the cookie banner, Google Ads sets cookies that measure which ads lead to sign-ups. If you click Reject, no advertising cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
4. Who we share data with
- Stripe for payments.
- Amazon to read and update your listings, as you authorise.
- AI providers that receive listing pricing data (not your name or contact details) to help generate price suggestions.
- Google for advertising measurement, only with your consent.
- Hosting, email and support tools that run the service on our behalf.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and Amazon data while your account is active. Billing and invoice records are kept for six years to meet UK tax rules. When you close your account, other personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us to make a request.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
